Loved the quiet and green location near a metro station. The 24-hour reception was convenient too. The rooftop terrace had great views, and the coffee/tea in the common area was a nice touch.
Elevators are so last season! Who needs them when you can climb stairs with heavy luggage?

Near metrostation.
Dirty. Horrible plastic sheets, you hear every foot steps in to your room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Parc Even. The place is in a nice neighbourhood really close to the Metro. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff, even they didn't really speak english, can understand it and were so kind. For us, it was ok ++ !

The location was perfect for accessing the exhibition center and participating in the events there. The hotel provided convenience and easy access to the exhibitions.
I wish the hotel had offered a business center or meeting rooms. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space for work-related activities during my stay.

The area is quiet and near the mentro(walk about 10 minites)
1.The hair dryer is broken, ask the hotel 3 times to fix it, their answer is 'the hotel system is too complicated', after I lived 11 days, it's still not work well. 2. They want you pay totol room rate, I argued with them in the first night when I arrived, they told me it's their 'rules', but I think they should also use deposit, not pay totally in the first time. Finally, I pay 3-4 days every time. 3. The first room for me is not good, but they changed a better for me. 4. No elevator, so if you are a female or big luggage, considering about it.

I chose this hotel because it was close to were I needed to work for a few days. The good points about the hotel: the shower had piping hot water. The staff on the desk could speak basic english, enough to get by with what I needed. The breakfast service was fast, clean and tidy. All the things about the staff were OK, very friendly sort of place. Its easy to get to the underground from this hotel, 10 minute walk at the most. The hotel is basic and cheap. No lift, very steep and tight stair cases and it could do with a general facelift. What they have they clean, but its starting to show its age. Bedding etc clean, towels etc clean. Wall paper at the end of its life. Wifi free but did not always work.
The hotel needs a face lift. Its showing its age.

Proximity to Montrouge
The room was very small. The door handle was broken & we had to get the manager to fix it.

Turned out malakoff is a nice quiet suburb not without charm - felt good to return to the quietness after a hectic day in paris. Friendly staff - although mostly only french speaking. Absolutely not great luxory, but definitely good value. Cheap parking close by - 10 euro per day. Metro nearby - count on app. 20 tranport to paris (I.E. champs elysses, which is on the line 13 going to Malakoff)
Our bathroom needed a serious makeover.
